That depends on many things but I tend to see clients long term— at least a year. It took a long time for you to get here, so it might take a while to get where you want to be.

I require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or you will be responsible for for the full session fee.
After three back-to-back cancellations, I will not be able to hold your recurring spot on my calendar.
